Gear Quality Academy is a place where you can upgrade your gears' quality.
Put in the gear you want to upgrade quality on the left.
As for the quality, there are 5 grades for all the gears: Normal, Refined, Unique, Elite and Ultra. Each time of upgrade will cost you an item: Meteor, Red Star, Blue Star or Dark Star. The material you need is determined by the quality you want to upgrade. Click Tips, you'll learn more.
From the table we can learn that the Dark Star has the greatest chance to upgrade quality, while the Red Star is very possible to fail to upgrade gears from Elite to Ultra. No mention that the Meteor can only upgrade gears from Normal to Refined.
You can buy the Meteor and the Red Star in the Zero Points Mall. The Blue Star and the Dark Star are also available in the Super Mall.
