Mentor System

The Mentor System provides a channel for both the mentor and the apprentice to get what they want. As a mentor, you can get various kinds of contributions from the apprentice. And for the apprentice, nothing is more important than sharing the mentor's high potency.

If your unit has reached level 100, you can issue a bulletin, which is for other players to check. Consequently, it is suggested that you write some helpful tips in it. There must be some lower level players want to be your apprentices after read your bulletin.

If you want to be someone's apprentice, check the mentors' bulletin first, which will show you the mentor's pilot rank, unit type and mentor level. Moreover, you can check the mentor's tip. If you like anyone to be your mentor, just click the MSG (message) button and contact him.

There are 2 ways to claim a mentor:
1. If you are below level 170, you can directly contact your mentor through the Mentor manager (Steel Warship 474,821) .
2. If you are above level 170, you need to buy a Remote Tutor Chip from Liapp (Steel Warship 472,857). 3 Meteors required and one chip only. Put the chip into your cabin and then find the desired mentor to become his/her apprentice.

If your unit has reached level 100, click the Recriut button and the player to be your apprentice. However, if his/her unit level is higher than yours, or he has already had a mentor, he will not be able to be your apprentice; If you want to be an apprentice, click APP button and the player to be your mentor. But before this, make sure that his unit has reached level 100 and there is a vacancy.

Your unit's level decides your apprentice's unit level:
1. Players between level 100-129 can recruit players who are 50 levels lower.
2. Players between level 130-149 can recruit players who are 20 levels lower.
3. Players above level 150 can recruit players who are 10 levels lower.

How many apprentices you can recruit is determined by your mentor level. And your pilot rank decides your mentor level.

Mentors' Benefits

As a mentor, you can obtain your apprentice's contributions. The higher the apprentice's unit level is, the more contributions you'll get. The contributions include Military Badge, Cores, Rose Quartz, Sapphires, Amethysts and EXP.

Apprentice's Benefits

As an apprentice, you can share your mentor's potency when he's online. His mentor level determines how much potency you can share.

The shared potency = (Mentor's Potency - Apprentice's potency) * Share Percentage.

The Share Percentage is affected by both the mentor level and the apprentice's potency.
There are limits for the shared potency. If an apprentice's potency is 1, he can share 229 potency at most. But if the apprentice's potency is higher than 1361, he can only share 27 at most.
