Rules of the No.0 Core Purchase:
You have 10 chances to purchase this core every day, while it will cost 12 ZPs each time. Besides, if you have the Military Badge, you can go to the Offline Training Ground to claim one for free each day. Of course, the Badge owner can also buy the No.0 Core there.
