Satellite Channel gives player chances to speak to everyone. Don't think that it is a dispensable system. Just imagine that when you are sieged by numerous enemies. As long as you send a message through the Satellite Channel, your teammates may see the message come to give you a hand. You can also put an advertisement for your items if you are running a booth.
If the pilot rank reaches Warrant Officer, you can send a message through this channel. Click the Sate button and type in what you want to say. Then players of all servers will see your words.
Of course, it can't be free service. You need to pay 5 Zero Points each time.
