On the Steel Warship, there are plenty of booths, where players can sell anything they don't need. If possible, you can be all these booths' owner. The only precondition is that you have enough galaxy gold or Zero Points. Once you own a booth, player who wants to rent has to pay you some galaxy gold each hour. That's how you get back your investment. Want to be a landlord?

Choose the booth you want and click Buy. The interface will show you whether this booth has been bought or not.

Then system will show you how much galaxy gold you need to buy this booth. If you have enough gold, click Buy.

There are 2 ways to buy: Fleet and Individual.

Fleet: It will take certain amount of galaxy gold from the fleet fund to buy the booth. And the income will be donated to the fleet fund. Only the fleet leader can use this fund and deal with the fleet income.

You can check your fleet fund in the fleet profile.

Click Fleet, you can check the fleet's investment and proceeds.

Rent: Add what you've earned to the fleet fund.
Add Deposit: Add more deposit to the booth, which means that player who wants to buy your booth needs to pay more.
Deposit: Get back the deposit that you've added to the booth.
Abandon: Abandon the booth. In other words, you are not the booth's owner any more. No matter it is an individual booth or a fleet booth, you can get back 1,000,000 gold only. The gold you earn will be added to the fleet fund.

Individual: It will cost you certain amount of galaxy gold to buy the booth. The income will be added to your personal asset. There are 2 ways to pay for it: from your warehouse and from your cabin. The personal investment is the same with the fleet investment.

Whenever you want to run your own booth, you can just kick out the player who has rent it.
