The TQ team has received reports of a fake Help Desk scam. The scammers make an account with a name similar to a GM in-game, and spam the fake Help Desk web address in order to acquire players' account details. Usually, they also promise items and GM status to lure you into giving them your information.

We would like to remind all players to be cautious if anyone asks you to give out information, or promises you items in exchange for registering your account. Remember, a GM will be a blue pig character, and will never ask for any information in the game. You should also always access the Help Desk from the official ZO site, and never send any account details to these scammers.
