Once more, fellow pilots, we leave our other lives temporarily behind as we get into the cockpits. Our individual mechs are either upgraded to the max through wealth or by blood, sweat, and tears. The engine starts, singing a quiet song to the heavens. The weapon system diagnostics are finished, telling us that we are now ready for the battle dance of life and death. We exhale a breath as the mech takes its first step.

Once more we face the relentless and treacherous hordes of Othello. It is now confirmed that Othello has placed a computer virus into every pilot's mech. At the worst possible time, questions involving addition and subtraction pops up in our heads up display. Giving Othello the advantage, the infected unit is unable to function unless the pilot successfully solves the puzzle. After three unsuccessful tries, the unfortunate pilot is teleported to a pocket dimension to face the unknown. Not only does Othello possess the capability of taking over our electronics, but also rumor has it that they surgically alter the captured pilots' brain, permanently instilling a desire in the victims to destroy fellow human beings.

Once more, we are reminded why we fight on. To our friends and family, it's just a game, but its more that that. Before every mission, we gaze at planet Earth, the sapphire crown jewel among the twinkling stars of the universe. To protect our fellow comrades, we come to their aid against waves of Othello forces. There is a group of pilots we have fought countless battles together. For these trusted pilots, we fill face impossible odds. To keep our parents, spouses and children safe from Othello, we stand up and fight again after each defeat. We do so, so we can be with our loved ones for another day. Its not just a game; its more than that.
