Im still a pretty low lvl on here but it took me only a few hours to get to 60. My only advice for these lower levels is....
At each lvling area there should be 3 npc's. One for your missions, one where u collect something the bots drop for items or exp etc. and another which sends u on a hunt.
My tip for you is use all of these, dont miss out on items or money u can get. lvling is quick if u trade in the items a mob drops for unique gears and exp the unique gears proved more potency which means...more exp!
The next is use the npc that sends you to hunt one particular boss. This will enable you to gain unique inner gears or weapons. only select from the inner gears and weapons as you can get the outer gears from the npc shown just above.
